About MCC

My Cuppa Coffee is a personality-driven café discovery and loyalty platform built specifically for independent cafés. Cuppa Lovers take a quick quiz, get a coffee personality, and find the cafés in their suburb that fit how they actually drink coffee. Every Cuppa Lover gets a single universal loyalty card that works across every café in the network.

Built in Brisbane by a solo founder, MCC's mission is to arm independent cafés with the technology to be found, chosen, and loved, so they never lose to an algorithm or a chain.

Founder bio

Laetitia Chaumeron is the founder of My Cuppa Coffee. Based in Brisbane, she built MCC after years of watching independent cafés, the ones that make a neighbourhood worth living in, lose ground to chains with bigger marketing budgets and to review platforms that flatten every café into the same five-star average. MCC is her answer: a platform that gives independents the kind of customer intelligence and loyalty infrastructure usually reserved for chains, on terms that respect both the café and the customer.
