What is a coffee personality?
A coffee personality is a short, friendly summary of how you actually like to drink coffee. It captures the things that make a café feel like the right one for you, the atmosphere you settle into, the kind of bean you reach for, the way you spend your time once you're there. Think of it as a description of you as a café-goer, useful enough that you'd recognise yourself in it.
The point isn't to put you in a box. The point is to give the platform something specific enough to do useful work with. When you walk down a street and see ten café options, the right one for you is rarely the average one. It's the one that fits how you drink coffee, today. Your personality lets us cut through the average and show you the matches.
How does the quiz work?
It's a few quick questions about how you actually drink coffee, where, when, with whom, and why. No personality jargon. No psychometric pretensions. Just questions written by people who have spent a lot of time in cafés.
The quiz is free, takes a few minutes, and you can stop and resume at any point. At the end, you'll see your coffee personality and start seeing match scores on every café in our network.

Is the quiz free?
Yes, free for Cuppa Lovers. The quiz, your personality, the matching, the universal loyalty card, all of it is free. Cafés pay for the platform tools they use. That's the model. We never sell your data. We never put adverts in front of you for cafés that paid to be there. The match score you see is the match score, not a paid placement.
Can I retake it?
Yes, anytime. Coffee taste changes. So can your café-going habits. There's a 'Retake quiz' option in your profile and a 'This doesn't feel like me' link on every personality page if the result is off. Retake as often as you'd like. Your match scores update each time.
