Retaking the quiz

You can retake the quiz at any time. Coffee taste changes; café preferences evolve. There’s no penalty, no cap, no waiting period.

To retake, sign in to your account and head to your profile. You’ll see a “Retake quiz” option. Tap it, and the previous quiz is set aside while you take a fresh one. When you finish, your new personality replaces the old one and your match scores are recalculated for every café on the network.

Your loyalty card, stamps, and reward history are not affected. Those belong to your account, not to your personality. Your saved cafés and visit history stay too.

If your current personality feels off and you don’t want to retake the whole quiz, look for the “This doesn’t feel like me” link on your personality page. That triggers a shorter dispute flow that asks a few targeted questions to fine-tune your result without starting over. It’s quicker, and it’s the right call when only one part of the description feels wrong.

A retake doesn’t have to be major. Some Cuppa Lovers retake when they move suburbs and their café-going habits shift. Others retake after a holiday changes the kind of coffee they drink. Both are good reasons.
