Across every café
You walk into a café in the network. You order. The café has a small QR code on the counter. You scan it (or, if you prefer, the café scans yours). A stamp lands on your card instantly. Reach the threshold the café has set, get the reward they've set, redeem next time you visit. Done.
Stamp progress is tracked separately for each café's programme. So your six visits to your favourite West End café count toward that café's reward, not against your stamps elsewhere.
Some cafés go a step further. They opt into coalition loyalty, which means a stamp earned at their café also counts toward a network-wide milestone. The customer who collects ten coalition stamps across ten different cafés earns a network-wide reward. Customers visit more cafés, the cafés all benefit, and discovery becomes its own reward loop.
Coalition is an opt-in for cafés. Not every café participates. The ones that do are unlocking a stronger discovery moment for their customers.
