Earning and redeeming stamps

Each café on My Cuppa Coffee runs its own stamp programme. The mechanics are familiar: buy a few coffees, get one free. Here’s how it works on the platform.

Earning a stamp

When you order at a participating café, present your MCC card at the counter. The café scans it (or you scan their QR code, depending on what they have set up) and a stamp lands on your account for that specific café.

You only earn one stamp per visit per café, regardless of how much you order. This keeps the programme simple and fair.

Tracking your progress

Open your MCC profile to see a list of every café you’ve collected at and how many stamps you have at each. The list updates instantly when a new stamp is added. You’ll also see exactly how many more stamps you need before the next reward unlocks at each spot.

Redeeming a reward

When you hit the threshold a café has set, the reward becomes available. Most commonly that’s a free coffee, but each café defines its own reward. The reward unlocks automatically; there’s no code to enter.

To redeem, just present your card on your next visit and tell the barista you’d like to use the free reward. The system marks it as redeemed.

What if a café leaves the network?

Any unredeemed rewards on your card stay valid for 30 days after a café leaves the platform. You’ll get an email if a café you’ve collected stamps at is leaving so you can redeem before then.

What if I think a stamp is missing?

Tap the stamp count for the café in question and select “Report missing stamp”. Include the date and approximate time. We’ll reach out to the café directly. Most missing-stamp issues are resolved within 24 hours.
