Getting started

Registering your café

Step-by-step guide to listing your café on My Cuppa Coffee, from the application form to your first stamp.

Listing your café on MCC is free. Here’s the full process from application to live profile.

Step 1: Apply

Visit the apply page and fill in the form. We ask for:

  • Café name, address, and contact details
  • A short description of your café
  • The name and email of the primary point of contact
  • Your ABN (so we can verify the business)

Most applications take ten minutes to fill in.

Step 2: Verification

We review every application by hand. The review covers:

  • The business is operating (we check ABR and a few other public registers)
  • The café is independent (we don’t list multinational chains)
  • The location is in a city where MCC is currently active

We aim to respond within two business days. You’ll get an email either confirming approval or with questions.

Step 3: Onboarding call

For Founding Members and Growth-tier subscribers, we run a free 30-minute onboarding call. We help with photos, your café’s profile description, your stamp programme, and answer anything that’s unclear. For Free and Starter tiers, onboarding is asynchronous via email.

Step 4: Build your profile

Once approved, you’ll get login details for the café dashboard. You’ll need to add:

  • Three or more photos (one hero shot, plus interior and signature drink shots)
  • Your menu summary
  • Opening hours
  • Your stamp programme structure
  • Tags that describe your café (for matching)

Step 5: Get your QR

When your profile is live, we send you a printable tabletop QR code. Stick it on the counter. Customers can scan it to claim a stamp on their card.

Step 6: Watch the data

Your dashboard shows discovery views, profile visits, stamps issued, and a personality breakdown of who’s matching to your café. The first interesting numbers usually appear within a week of going live.
